Members

The New Hope Solebury SAP teams (PATHS and HOPE) meet weekly and consist of the following members:

  • Principal
  • Guidance Counselor
  • Nurse
  • Lenape Valley Foundation Liaison
  • Bucks County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence Inc. (BCCADD) Liaison

A case may be deemed inactive/closed at any level of action.
