Steps to Success

In accordance with the Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program (SAP), the following steps are taken as part of the PATHS and HOPE process:

  • Referral
  • Team Planning
  • Intervention and Recommendation
  • Support and Follow-Up

A case may be deemed inactive/closed at any level of action.
