Collegiate Athletics/NCAA Information
All athletes who wish to play a sport in college or are being recruited by a college need to familiarize themselves with the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) rules and regulations. Students must register with the NCAA as a junior or senior and fill out a transcript request form to be turned in to the school counselor no earlier than the end of junior year. The earliest that transcripts can be sent to the NCAA is at the end of the student's junior year. It is important to remember that when students are being recruited by coaches, they must still apply to the college through undergraduate admissions.
