In the interest of transparency and in order to comply with Act 82 of 2012, this posting articulates the Assistant Superintendent's Objective Performance Measures (i.e. goals). At the end of the 2015-2016 school year, the Board of School Directors will evaluate the Assistant Superintendent on his attainment--or lack of attainment--of these Objective Performance Measures. The Objective Performance Measures comprise a significant portion of the Assistant Superintendent's evaluation.The Assistant Superintendent's Objective Performance Measures have been developed to move the district forward, ensuring quality teaching and learning, fiscal management, and policy development. Following the conclusion of the fiscal year (June 30, 2016), this website will be updated to inform the community of the Assistant Superintendent's attainment of his Objective Performance Measures.
