    Principal Jennifer Frantz Follow Me

    Dear Lower Elementary School Families,

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I welcome you to the 2017-2018 school year! My name is Jennifer Frantz and I am honored to have been appointed the new principal at LES. I am truly excited to meet each of you and to become a part of your story, culture, and tradition of excellence.

For those who are wondering a little bit about who I am, my professional journey began when I graduated from Penn State University and accepted a teaching position in the Central Bucks School District in 2004. During my 11 years in Central Bucks, I taught 4th grade, 5th grade, 1st grade, and was the Instructional Support Counselor. Having earned my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in 2008, I decided to make the leap into administration in 2015 when I accepted the positon of Assistant Principal at McDonald Elementary School in the Centennial School District. My experiences at McDonald inspired me to apply for the LES opening and it was my privilege to accept this position in June.

Besides being a proud new member of the New Hope-Solebury School District, I am also proud of the title I earned nearly seven years ago: Mommy! My daughter, Kendall, will be entering first grade this year and her boundless energy and anticipation of the new school year reminds me each and every day why I chose to go into education. We happily live in Doylestown with our puppy, Finley and our cat, Oliver. We love to go to the beach, she loves to play soccer, and I love the three quiet minutes I get each morning before our whole family starts our day.

I am sure you are all anticipating the upcoming school year that will start in a few short weeks.  The excitement is building from our standpoint as I am sure it is from your child’s. Our staff has been hard at work preparing the LES for another fabulous school year. The building looks wonderful thanks to our hard-working custodial crew. We are eager to welcome your child back on Tuesday, September 5th.
