Mr. Petzak created a 50-yard timeline of major historical events that his 7th grade social studies class will study this year. Students walked along the timeline outside, stopping at each marker to learn about different civilizations and key moments in history. This activity gave them a visual sense of how far apart events occurred and how societies developed over time. It also encouraged movement, discussion, and curiosity about the connections between past and present.
