Mr. Renfer's eighth grade students recently explored the fascinating world of chemistry through an acids and bases neutralization lab. Guided by the district’s K–12 STEAM framework, the activity emphasized hands-on experimentation and real-world problem-solving. Students worked collaboratively to test reactions, make observations, and draw conclusions based on evidence. This engaging experience not only strengthened their understanding of scientific concepts but also encouraged critical thinking and creativity—key components of the district’s commitment to innovative learning.
