Our UES Lions had a fantastic showing at this week’s Reading Olympics competition, with 25 students representing the school in an exciting evening of teamwork and reading celebration.
Our two teams performed exceptionally well. The Blue Bananas earned a blue ribbon with 50 points, while the Reading Lions earned a red ribbon with 45 points.
Beyond the results, students gained valuable experience in teamwork, preparation, and perseverance. The event reinforced important lessons about consistency, collaboration, staying calm under pressure, and resilience when facing challenges.
