This weekend’s St. Baldrick’s Foundation Fight to Cure Pediatric Cancer event, held at our UES, was an incredible success, raising $140K (and counting!) to fund lifesaving research. From head shavings and hair donations to carnival games, crafts, auction items, vendors, food trucks, and more, we want to commend the amazing team of dedicated New Hope-Solebury Community volunteers who made the day such a tremendous success!

Here’s a brief snapshot of the day:

• 62 shavees
• 10 individuals donated 8 or more inches of hair
• Nearly EIGHTY Lion student and staff volunteers

Originally launched to honor Ethan Toohey and Robert Nagg, NHS Class of 2014 students who tragically lost their battles with cancer after a brave fight, the event has now raised over $1.5 million to support lifesaving pediatric cancer research since its inception.

Check out this Fun Recap Video.

Congratulations to everyone involved!
