For those interested to utilize the facilities of the New Hope-Solebury School District, please find information below regarding reservation fees, facility use policies, and instructions to submit a request. Please note that dogs are not permitted on District property at any time.
Submitting a Request

Notes
(1) Usage time must be during normal operating hours. All fees apply during non-operating hours.
(2) Community groups must be located within New Hope or Solebury
(3) Fields requiring markings incur additional costs.
(4) Sound and lighting controls require a technician fee of $75.00/hour. Holidays are billed as double time.
(5) There is a security guard fee of $55.00/hour (4 hours minimum) as needed. Holidays are billed as double time.
(6) Multiple and extended use fees and other special circumstances are negotiated with the District Office.
(7) A certificate of insurance must be on file with the district with at least $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $3,000,000.00 total is required for all groups naming NHSD as an additional insured.
(8) There are custodial fees of $50.00/hour (4 hours minimum) for each event. Holidays are billed as double time.
