Category 1: NH-S Community Residents and Groups (Non-Profit)
Organizations with a primary address in New Hope Borough or Solebury Township AND verified non-profit 501c3 status.

Category 2: NH-S Community Residents and Groups (For Profit)
Organizations or individuals with a primary address in New Hope Borough or Solebury Township.

Category 3: All Other Residents and Groups
Any organization, group, or individual not included in Categories 1 or 2.

Facility Use Requirements & Additional Fees*

(*Note - these apply to ALL Categories)

  1. Proof of Residency:
    Proof of address within New Hope Borough or Solebury Township is required for all community residents or groups.

  2. Insurance:
    A certificate of insurance naming NHSD as an additional insured must be provided at the time of reservation. Minimum coverage: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.

  3. Parking Fees:
    Please be advised that parking fees may apply on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the summer, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays during the school year.

  4. Use Outside of School Hours:
    Additional custodial fees of $50.00 per hour (4-hour minimum per event) apply for facility use outside normal school operating hours.  NOTE - billed at double this rate on holidays.

  5. Sound and Lighting Technician:
    $75.00 per hour (4-hour minimum per event).  NOTE - billed at double this rate on holidays.

  6. Special Circumstances:
    Rates for multiple or extended use, and other special circumstances, require direct negotiation with the District Office.
